Australia Wide Security Brokers is providing this service for the majority of its clients in every capital city, and country and regional areas throughout Australia.

The service comprises chiefly of an unarmed, non-uniformed guard using a non-armoured, unmarked vehicle, collecting monies from clients’ locations and transporting these monies (under seal) to the client’s nominated bank or financial institution.

The Service

Australia Wide Security’s representative will provide each client’s outlet with the following:

• Numbered Security Seals
• Banking Satchels
• Australia Wide Security Banking Receipt Book

Security Guard Identification

• Upon arrival at the location, our representative will provide an identification photograph to your site manager. The guard must also produce a current security licence and current driver’s licence.

Cash Transfer

• Australia Wide Security’s representative will:
• Check the banking receipt book and seal number to ascertain they are correct and will then sign banking receipt book.
• Deliver the top copy and satchel to the nominated bank for depositing. (The banking receipt book remains at the location.)

Banking

• Australia Wide Security’s representative will:
• Hand the sealed satchel to the bank teller, who then checks the seal is intact and the number is correct before stamping and signing the white copy from the banking receipt book.
• Retain the stamped and signed white copy (bank receipt book) and return empty satchel to the client’s location.

Change Return to Site

• Change may be collected on behalf of client’s locations during the banking/return to site process. In this regards, Australia Wide Security provides the following service:
• The site manager places an extra seal in the satchel for the bank staff to use for the return trip. Our representative returns the satchel to the client’s location and hands over the sealed satchel to the site manager, out of public view.
• Australia Wide Security’s representative departs from the site. He/she does not wait for the satchel to be reopened by the site manager.
